By accessing, browsing, or using the VetFlex website, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VetFlex LLC. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

Our products and services are intended for use by licensed veterinary professionals, veterinary clinics, animal hospitals, and authorized distributors.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and are authorized to purchase veterinary equipment on behalf of your organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

VetFlex designs, manufactures, and distributes professional-grade veterinary ICU oxygen cage systems, biodegradable examination gloves (Natrle™), oxygen concentrators, and related accessories.

All products are engineered for professional veterinary use and comply with applicable FDA regulations and industry standards.

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all content is error-free.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or suspected fraudulent activity.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without prior notice. Quoted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or installation fees unless expressly stated.

Payment is due in full at the time of order unless alternative payment terms have been arranged in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and approved financing.

We process and ship orders from our facilities in the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

For large equipment orders, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance and inspecting shipments upon delivery. Report any visible damage within 48 hours.

VetFlex ICU oxygen cage systems are backed by a comprehensive two (2) year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Standard products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning any product.

Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETFLEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

All content on the VetFlex website is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The VetFlex name, logo, AERAFLOW™, STERILION™, and Natrle™ are trademarks of VetFlex LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
