When text service is available and you send VetFlex a message, your mobile number and the content you choose to send are used to respond only to that requested customer-care conversation about ICU products, orders, setup or service. Your inbound message permits those replies only, not recurring notifications, ongoing engagement or marketing messages.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that help us deliver or support this text program may process this information only for that purpose, never for their own marketing.
