    Free Shipping

    Free standard ground shipping is available on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States.

    Delivery & Receiving

    Upon delivery, please inspect all packages for visible damage before signing. For freight shipments (ICU systems), we recommend having multiple staff members available to receive the equipment.

    Delivery Tips:

    • Inspect packaging before signing for delivery
    • Document any visible damage with photos
    • Report damage within 48 hours
    • Save all packaging materials until inspection is complete
    • For ICU systems, ensure adequate space for delivery
